Always give. If you have more, give more. If you do not have much, give. Giving is probably the one thing in the world that creates happiness.

We have too many people in the world who tries to take as much as they can. Taking makes you richer, but exemplifies discontentment. But happiness is not about riches, it's about being contented. Taking will not result in happiness, but might even create a desire to pursue further riches, generating more discontentment and hence unhappiness.

On the other hand, giving exemplifies humanity, compassion and empathy. Giving makes you poorer, but signifies contentment. When you give genuinely, you will find a joy that cannot be attained in any other manner - You will be happy, not just because you created happiness in another person's life, but because you have enough.

It only takes so much to give. It might seem illogical, or even stupid, to give, but the very day you experience the joy of giving, you will understand every single word I have typed.
