I do not subscribe to the belief that there is a natural flow of things. I do not believe that anything happens because it is meant to happen.

I believe that we are a summation of our choices, and that we are only accountable for ourselves.

And I don't like the saying that time will tell. To a certain extent, yes. But if you just sit down and not do anything, time will not tell you anything. It will, only if you search, only if you do something. And that boils down, once again, to our choice.

But if this is what you want, I hope that one day you'll see how unfair this is to me. I have lost a best friend, probably the first that I ever opened up so much to since my ex-girlfriend.

And for you to ask me to open up to others, you obviously don't understand of what significance this means to me.

Maybe you never will.

But maybe I am wrong. Maybe one day I will come to see that there is a natural flow of things.
