These are some of life's many important lesson that I have came to discover recently. I believe it would be beneficial for you to know. These may not be of much value to you now, but rest assured that it would be in the future.
1. Every action can be perceived differently by different group of people. To an individual, it may mean one thing; to a group/organization, it may mean another; to the social media, it might just mean the opposite.
2. Just because one is smart doesn't make him/her necessarily wise.
3. Give others the benefit of doubt that they are trustworthy, and more often than not, they would not fail to impress you.
4. Delegation of work does not mean that you dish out the dirty work. If anything, it means that you dish out the easier work to others so that you free up your time to do the dirty work yourself.
5. Think, before you act.
6. At any point of your life, you can choose to either smile or frown; you can either see it as a really bad experience, or you can choose to see it as a learning point; you can either see it as an extreme pain, or you can choose to treat it as a quest to become better than before.
Remember, good decisions comes from experience, and experience comes from bad decisions. -Randy Pausch
7. Anyone who is where he is now have to start from where he was. -The idea was quoted from Tracy L. Chong, but was rephrased(or so I think) in my own words.
8. It's okay to be critical, but please be constructive. The aim of all critics should be the improvement of the subjects.
