okay, i wanted to run like, 4rounds around bedok reservoir today, cause i thought my knee doesn't hurt anymore. but it turned out that i could even run for like 100m. so i kinda walked 1 round around bedok reservoir, while trying to run once in a while. trust me, the feeling sucks.
and so i thought my knee is better.
sadly.
so, i told myself. im gonna do long distance swimming or cycling, but NOT RUNNING. SIAN.
to think i really thought that i was gonna do a long run before i start work. but seems like i failed.
and i wanted to do some inclined sit up at the exercise park just now. and it turned out that, i couldn't even do one. cause my abs is still sore, like mad. so i went home and do some static. at least i did something. at least.
hope my new year will be a better one after i work ):
