birthday celebrations with class and family

okay. supposed to meet at 1pm at bugis mrt. but i reached earlier la, at 1230. damn paisei if host late sia. first thing i do was to go cold storage to get a can of drink. was wondering what to get, and they got this kinda cool invention of helping you choose a random drink. it's called WHATEVER. lol. hahah. i got coke la. but it don't really taste like coke. it kinda suck la. hahha. after that, i made my way to the shop, some nan xiang smth smth restaurant, so that i won't get lost while trying to lead the rest to the venue later.

soon later, huineng msg me. meet where. i felt so pissed la, because he's still asking me this question after i sent like 3 messages telling the class about where and when to meet. so i reply him, "bugis mrt, pls read the messages i've sent properly. Thanks"

then he reply, "where la"

oh, then i realised that my info wasn't too precise either. hahha. seems like it's not his fault now. hahah. so i went to meet him outside bugis mrt. soon later, everyone came. and we went to the restaurant. hahah. then while in the restaurant, i realised that it'll be difficult for us to make payments later, because it wouldn't be fair to split the bill equally among everyone. so i thought of something, we split the group into 2 fours, with each four paying a set of bill, as the dim sum SHOULD be shared among them four.

oh, then we delayed our order because of benedict, so that we wouldn't have finished our lunch when he came. like that he confirm feel damn left out one. hahah. after awhile, he came, and so did our food.

first of all, i was DISAPPOINTED that they didn't have my favourite dish of 'chicken marinated in special sauce'. it was striked out, so i guess the ingredients were out of stock. too bad la. that dish REALLY IS DAMN FREAKING GOOD. large portion, savoury meat. it's like, THE BEST. hahahha. too bad they don't have la. so we just made do with what we have. we ordered all the dim sums and pastries. hahha. then we ordered one king sized xiao long bao. (i think it used to be bigger.) anyway, i have no photos la. and the food don't look that appealing. unlike what the western chefs would do with their food. but still, their food is GOOD. super tasty. hahah. nv regret eating there.

then after eating, we decided to walk around because it would be quite a waste of time to travel to town just to eat, and then go home. so sorry people, i really never expected that you guys would want to walk around after eating. hahah. i thought you all will want to go home and study. hahaha.

okay. then after 'walking around' and stuff, it was like 4+. so eugene proposed to eat ICE CREAM. haha. danny KONG immediately followed eugene's decision. then i think the rest of us is like, anything. then richard said he cannot go, because he have to go to smlgym to pray. then in the end, benedict and richard didnt go.

okay, next stop, GELARE. i went with huineng, eugene, liwei and danny to siglap gelare to eat. hahha. i ordered a 2 scoop ice cream cup. quite nice. and i realised something, gelare's price is extravagant. especially the waffles. well, i told myself then, that i'd only go to gelare only on tuesdays. oh, and i found out, that there's a gelare in pasir ris. e-hub. hahah. at the basement. so, YOU GUYS KNOW WHERE TO GO TOMORROW!(later, in fact. i'm blogging at 2am now, on tuesday, and there's gp exam on this day)

ah, after eating, it's like 515pm alr. i still got 45mins to spend, before i've to meet my family at katong for dinner. so i took bus with them to tanah merah, then take back to katong. the bus was freaking cold can. i was alr wearing jacket, and i still felt cold. so i put on the shirt which my class got me and took the return journey back. (that means, i'm covered in 3 layers of cloth)then my phone no battery alr, so i had to switch it off, so that i can save some battery to use when i need to make calls later.

then i reached katong at 605. still, my family members were nowhere in sight. so i switched on my phone and called my parents. they tell me they're on the way alr. so i just waited la. i'm alr very dulan, cause you people are making me wait on my birthday. so i went to 7eleven to buy mash potato and a drink. then i wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait. finally, at 640+, they reached. very angry alr. but i think the better way to spend my birthday is to be happy, so i just do away with my anger la. then eat dinner. seafood at katong. forgot what's the shop's name alr, but it's the store beside 5-star hainan chicken rice, nearer to katong shopping center. the dinner cost around $150+ for 6 person, which is average pricing i guess. i ordered a grouper, steamed crab, tofu in claypot, vegetables, frog leg, half a chieken and 6 chicken rice. IM SUPER FULL AFTER THE DINNER.(because i'm already full when i started dinner =x)
